What is SEAM?

The Maine Education Association's Student Program supports pre-professional educators who are members of the MEA and NEA. S.E.A.M. offers students the opportunity to prepare for a career in teaching by offering professional development opportunities, access to MEA and NEA member benefits, outreach and community projects, and networking with students and educators on other campuses, are just some of the benefits provided to our student members.

Membership in the Student Education Association of Maine costs $27 a year, and brings with it access to all MEA workshops and conferences, as well as membership in active local chapters.
